Time Of Growth

  • Expect about 20 to 30 days from seed to harvest, depending on variety.

HOW TO START

  • The radish is sown directly in the ground, thinning at germination to leave 3 to 4 cm between plants in order to let the root expand well. 

WATERING & CARE

  • Water well to prevent soil from drying out. Otherwise, the radishes will become too spicy.

How To Use

  • The radish is great eaten raw in a salad, pickled or roasted with other root veggies.
